Parent-Teacher Cooperation
*Indian Matric Higher Secondary School (IMS)* values the crucial role of parent-teacher cooperation in fostering the complete and harmonious development of each child's personality. We believe that a strong partnership between parents and teachers is essential for the holistic growth of students. To facilitate this, we have established several guidelines and opportunities for effective communication and collaboration.
Parents Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
- Importance of Attendance: We strongly encourage all parents to attend the scheduled Parents Teacher Meetings. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for parents to discuss their child's progress, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and collaborate with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
- Opportunity for Feedback: PTMs are also an opportunity for parents to provide feedback and suggestions to the school, helping us continuously improve our educational services.
Conditions and Requirements
End-of-Academic-Year Applications
Students or parents who wish to apply for a Transfer Certificate after *15th April* of the academic year must ensure that all fees and any other outstanding payments for that academic year are fully settled. No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all financial obligations are met.
Notice Period for Transfer
A *clear notice of 30 days* is required from the date of application to the issuance of the Transfer Certificate. This period allows the school to complete all necessary administrative procedures and ensure that the student's records are up to date.
Application Process
Applications for a Transfer Certificate must be made using the *prescribed application form*, which can be obtained from the school's administrative office. The form must be duly filled out and submitted in person or through a written request by the parent or guardian.
Processing and Issuance
Once the application form is submitted, the school will verify the completion of all academic and financial obligations. The administrative office will then process the request, and the Transfer Certificate will be prepared and issued within the stipulated 30-day notice period.
Important Considerations
- It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to ensure that all dues are cleared before requesting a Transfer Certificate.
- Any delays in submitting the application or clearing dues may result in a delay in the issuance of the Transfer Certificate.
- The school reserves the right to withhold the Transfer Certificate if the above conditions are not met.
